In addition to the Contract Administrator service, we are able to provide the Employers Agent service. This service is the integral role within the construction process when the “with Contractors Design” route is the preferred procurement method.
Accordingly, AI Surveying Services can provide the consultant team to either administer the tender process and make recommendations as to contractor choice, or carry out the tender negotiation process on behalf of the Employer and make the appropriate recommendations in due course.
Within the Employers Agent service we can include the Cost Consultant service, which will provide a ‘one stop’ integrated service embodying all steps of the construction process from initial design through to completion of the project.
Although this service is a new addition to this group's services, the staffing is through experienced and competent surveying staff with many years of experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy and contract management.
