Our surveying services staff have the experience and professional skills to deal with all types of sites and contracts. Contracts will be administrated fairly and professionally within either the normal tendering process or through the Clients Partnering Arrangements or Framework Agreements.

AIS has experience of:
- Understanding and knowledge of Housing Corporation procedures and practices, including the new preferred partner arrangements.
- Assisting with non-SHG solutions to affordable housing.
- Financial Risk Assessment and final cost forecasting.
- Development Project Management.
- Resident Participation especially in relation to post contract defects procedures and responses.
- Experience of MMC (including OSM) projects; including contacts with technical consultants, suppliers and contractors in the field.
- Experience at all levels of working in partnership with staff, members, tenants, stakeholders and key members of the local community.
- Assisting Stock Condition Surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
- Expertise in HQIs and EcoHomes plus Smart Housing.
