AI Surveying Services are able to provide a full range of quantity surveying services from the earliest of budget costings to fully measured cost analyses. We integrate with the Client’s consultant design team at the earliest point in the design process to assist the team in refining the costs to meet the Client brief and the cost parameters of the particular project.
We employ experienced staff who are qualified to the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or who are training to reach those standards. All project teams are overseen by a Director of the Company.
We are able to provide a full range of construction cost and quantity surveying services, which includes preparation of pre-tender cost estimates, preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents, preparation and receipt of construction tenders, reporting on tenders, preparing contract documents for signature, dealing with Contractors applications for payment, analysis of varied costs and settlement and agreement of Final Accounts for the works.
Our staff are able to provide detailed advice on the use of the various types of building contracts and can provide advice and information on contract procedures and on dealing with contractual issues should any arise.
Our staff have experience in all types of construction projects from Health through Housing, to commercial offices, shops and factories and specialist high-tech buildings such as research and development centres. We have experience of Government, Housing Corporation and Local Authority procedures and are able to provide advice during tender and contract negotiations and we are able to work in harmony with preferred partner arrangements.
